Ok, these are just my reviews of the following Final Fantasy games. 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10-2, and *11*.
Final Fantasy 4
This is a confusing game. I haven't gotten very far into it but its pretty much Final Fantasy
7 as 2-d and a bad story line. It's not very good. It's for Ps1.
Final Fantasy 7
Final Fantasy 7 is a very long and kind of boring/confusing game. It was the first one I ever
saw. It's is the story of a guy named Cloud Strife, who has no idea of his childhood. You start out in the middle of
an AVALANCHE, a bunch of planet lovers, mission which is to blow up a reactor (killing the planet). There, you meet up
with Barret, a very bulky dude with a machine-gun arm. As the story commences, you meet about 7 friends (actually 8 but one
dies) and you are on a mission to save the planet from a giant meteor heading straight towards Earth. Definitly a classic.
Final Fantasy 8
I once saw my sister playing it and thought it was cool, so I played it.This game is probably
the best Final Fantasy for PSX. It has cool parts, a nice plot, and catchy music. Also the whole Junction thing is the best.
It also has a cool little card game as a side questthroughout the game. You start out in a hospital
room hurt from a gunblade swordfight and soon find Quistis, i think she is a teacher but I haven't played it for a long time.
Sooner or later you meet up with I think 4 more characters, Zell, Rinoa, Irvine, and Selphie and try to destroy a sorceress
named Ultimecia. Very fun.
Final Fantasy 9
I was walking along and heard a boy talking about another Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy 9. FF9
is probably the worst one out of 7, 8, and 9, but it is still kind of fun. You start out in the cabin of a gang of theives
that you are in. Right away you battle a thing with a dragon head that trips over his own feet. It is a very weird game, seeing
how there are talking hippos, little people with black faces that cast magic, and extremely weird monsters. It totally copies
8 because it too has a card game, but it isn't that fun. You, soon are stuck in this place with all sorts of bosses and hard
things in it. The worst part is, you can't get out. So if you use everything on one boss, you're all out. I would play it
if I had to.
Final Fantasy 10
My friend was walking around the store with me one day and saw Final Fantasy 10 and got it.
This is where it all changes. This was the first Final Fantasy that talks. It's kind of short though. What
it lacks in length, it gains in graphics and plot. It starts out at a futuristic place called Zanarkand. You are the best
player of a sport called blitzball (Soccer in a giant waterball). The city is soon attacked by a giant alien-like thing called
sin. Auron, your friend leads you to the center of Zanarkand where you fly straight into the center of sin and 1000 years
into the future. When you wake up, you are at a broken-up place and soon get stuck in a cave, where you get rescued by a girl
named Rikku. You get sucked into sin again and taken to a beach where you meet a Hawaiin-like guy named Wakka, a gothic lady
named Lulu, and the second main character, a lady summoner named Yuna. You go on a mission to the Zanarkand ruins to find
out your past, and to complete the summoners pilgrimage of defeating sin. The new sphere grid system is a little tricky though.
Definitely a game you would like to play over and over again.
Final Fantasy 10-2
I once got on aol and saw, on the starting page, a thing about Final Fantasy 10-2 and right
away, I clicked there. Final Fantasy is a very energetic game because it has a lot of that kind of music and it has three
girls as the main characters. You start out watching a cinematic of Yuna, yes, Yuna from 10, now a pop singer, sing a song.
Spira (the planet they live on) now a care-free entertainment place, is in grave danger of a giant robotic gun thing
on it's way to destroy it. Yuna, Rikku (from 10), and Paine (new gothic looking girl) are on the case. You go through 5 very
detailed chapters and collect spheres that get you closer to finding out what is happening. The whole reason Yuna starts the
adventure is because she found a sphere with you (from 10) in it.
An awesome game that has a new game + feature so you would definitly play this game over.
Final Fantasy 11
Final Fantasy 11 is the best Final Fantasy. It is the only Final Fantasty MMORPG
(Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). You can chat with people over the world! Totally different from all the the
other Final Fantasies, you can see the monster that you fight, before you fight it (kinda like runescape). It makes people
who hate Final Fantasy, love it! It's true! You can make your own character and start in one of three kingdoms. There are
things called jobs and you get to choose if you want the Theif job or the Warrior job or White mage. One of the best features
of the game is that you can party (join forces) with other people across the world to beat very hard monsters! It's worth
the money to get! This is the best game ever!
So far that's all I have to say. I will add more soon.
